1. Assist or be responsible for the design, operation, result analysis and report of in vitro biological experiments, including the conventional culture, preservation and establishment of cell lines, establishment of the cell lines expressed specific target, establishment, validation and testing of the screening methods for cell activity of compounds; establishment, validation and testing of enzyme activity detection methods; establishment, validation and testing of receptor binding test methods;

2. According to the overall development plan of the project, lead the project directly, or assist the organization and deployment of R & D personnel, effectively promote the progress of the project and obtain the results within the prescribed period of time under the premise of the reasonable arrangement of funds;

3. Find and solve timely technical problems may arise in the process of the experiment to ensure the smooth progress of the project;

4. Other work assigned by higher level according to the requirements of the company;

5. The actual title will be determined according to the candidate’s qualifications and work experience.

1. Biology or other related majors, master or PhD degree, the graduate from 985/211 colleges and universities is preferred;

2. More than 2 years related working experience for PhD graduates; more than 5 years related working experience for master graduates;

3.  Familiar with the preclinical drug development process, relevant work experience directly in the in vitro biology, work experience in pharmaceutical company is preferred;

4. Can write the related and professional reports independently, good in English;

5. Has serious and responsible working attitude, positive attitude, good communication skills, and strong learning and problem solving skills.
