1. Research and development of new drugs, covered from the choice of target, the deciphering of patents, the discovery and optimization of lead compounds, to the determination of candidate compounds and the entire process of new drug research and development, including drug design, synthetic route design, and make a comprehensive analysis for the results, and determine preclinical candidate compounds on time;

2. Build, motivate and lead the team to undertake the research and development work of the project;

3. Understand the latest developments of the new drug industry, and carry out timely tracking and project approval for the new and promising targets appeared in the industry.

1. More than 10 years of related working experience in multinational pharmaceuticals companies, proficient in English, organic chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry and other related majors, PhD degree;

2. Has successful experience in the research and development of new drug from the target to the final candidate compound of the drug;

3. Has the ability to solve problems in the research and development of new drugs, including problems appeared in the process of rapid synthesis and optimization of the compound;

4. Has experience in personnel management, good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and professional dedication.
