| Job Responsibilities： |
1.Bachelor degree or above, more than two years of work experience, good in English, organic chemistry, organic synthesis and pharmaceutical chemistry and other related chemical majors;
2.Has experiences in the studies on organic chemical synthesis and synthesis of drug, synthesis of small molecule / heterocyclic compounds, and experiences in the synthesis of natural products or multiple steps synthesis of modification;
3.Proficient in anhydrous and anaerobic experimental operation, and can complete independently the unit operation of organic synthesis, proficient in the operation of a small amount of reaction (about 100mg), and can analyze clearly the results of the reaction;
4.Has the elucidated ability of spectrums (NMR, MS, IR, UV etc.), and experiences in the analysis and the purification of chromatograph (chromatographic column, flash, TLC, PLC, HPLC) and other aspects;
5.Has good communication and learning ability; has strong team cooperation spirit; can bear hardships and stand hard work, and has strong sense of responsibility. |

1.According to the arrangements of the project, design the experiment reasonably and implement carefully, and complete the experimental record and the project report in accordance with the requirements of the company at the same time;
2. Independently complete the literature review and spectrum elucidation;
3. Submit the compound within the prescribed period of time;
4. Responsible for the daily maintenance of laboratory equipment;
